HAYDEN CLEVERLY
FOUNDER
Hayden's passions meet purpose at the intersection of art, technology, and social impact. In addition to DEMSW, Hayden does social impact consulting — focusing on strategic planning, evaluation, data analytics, and communications. She  served in Governor Hickenlooper's administration for two years in the Office of Community Partnerships and Special Initiatives and worked on his presidential campaign. Prior to COVID-19, Hayden was at SXSW as a Conference Programmer. She currently serves on the Colorado Music Relief Fund steering committee and 2020 Rescue Fund committee do support industries impacted by the pandemic. Additionally, she served on Governor Polis' Economic Growth and Stabilization Policy Task Force and as Head of Distribution for Energize Colorado. 
Hayden is committed to finding creative and innovative ways to drive positive change — embracing servant leadership and community impact. She believes that change happens when we empower each other, embrace radical empathy, and listen. 
ELYSSA MONET
DIGITAL DIVA
Elyssa is a creative entrepreneur, community leader and wellness enthusiast based in Denver. This New York Native has a background in Community Management, Digital Marketing and Creative Direction. Elyssa has built long-lasting connections with value-driven organizations and like-minded individuals with a mission to cultivate change and create opportunities for underprivileged and underserved communities. Aside from her day-to-day professional responsibilities, Elyssa continues to empower marginalized groups and minorities in society and beyond. Consider her a jane of all trades.
KEY SESSION
HEAD OF COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Key is a native New Yorker, born and raised in Hollis, Queens. He attended Wesleyan University where he earned his BA in Psychology & Theater. Since graduating, Key has taken advantage of Wesleyan’s educations philosophy of a “translational education”, taking the skills from the classroom to find jobs vs going into fields that he majored in. Since graduating, Key has worked heavily in the nonprofit sector in Denver, & New York, providing a wide skillset from website design & coding, to fundraising. With this experience, Key aspires to bring people together with purpose, creativity, and a steadfast dedication to social justice.

Key was first introduced to voting at an early age through Boy Scouts where he learned what it meant to be a local, and global citizen Throughout his life, he has worked to ensure that equality and equity are achievable for all individuals. Working with DEMSW allows for him to bring his passion for equity, and experience in community building to our team where he will oversee our Civic Engagement Ambassador program.
